Yes. The meeting space and hotel sleeping rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
The conference app, accessible to all registered in-person and virtual attendees, and can be downloaded by searching for vFairs in the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) CORS are eligible to receive 16 Continuing Learning Points (CLPs) upon successful registration for the conference through both CMS’ internal Learning Management System (LMS) and the 2025 CMS Quality Conference website. The 2025 CMS Quality Conference will be hosted at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Room blocks have been reserved at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards at the Government Per Diem rate of $150 per night*. This event sells out fast, so we advise booking early to ensure availability and to take advantage of the preferred rates. The room blocks will close June 10, 2025.

There are several convenient transportation and parking options available for the 2025 CMS Quality Conference at the Baltimore Hilton Inner Harbor and Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. If you are arriving by car, the Hilton offers on-site parking for $36/day and the Marriott offers on-site parking for $34/day. There are also Convenient parking options nearby. For those using public transportation, the hotel is easily accessible from Baltimore's Penn Station, which connects to Amtrak and local transit services. Additionally, there are taxis and rideshare services. For attendees arriving by air, Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is the closest airport. The central location of the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor ensures that you have various transportation choices to make your journey to and from the event convenient.
DINING
At the Baltimore Hilton Inner Harbor, guests can enjoy a range of dining options, including a full-service restaurant and a convenient grab-and-go café and market. Additionally, food trucks will be stationed outside the hotel, providing a variety of lunch options to suit different tastes.

REGISTRATION

Unfortunately, onsite registration will not be available. Due to strict capacity limits, security protocols, and logistical planning, all attendees must be registered in advance. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to register as early as possible to secure your participation.
Yes, you may switch your registration from in-person to virtual. To make this change, please send an email request to registration@cmsqualcon.com.
POST-EVENT
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the conclusion of the conference. You can access your certificate on the conference website up to one week after the conference.
Presentation slides will be made available on the conference website at the conclusion of the event.
