The CMS Quality Conference is the premier health care quality conference focused on improving quality, equity, and innovation within the healthcare sector. The conference brings together leaders in the healthcare space to explore and educate how to develop and spread solutions to address America’s most pervasive health system challenges.
Most up-to-date computers and mobile devices, such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets, can run the virtual event for you. Once the event platform opens, you will be able to log in and update your profile information in preparation for the event. Please note, the virtual platform is not compatible with Internet Explorer.

Before logging into the event platform, click the orange Support button in the bottom right corner. After logging into the event platform, click the Technical Support button in the top navigation bar. A live person will help you troubleshoot your issue.
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the conclusion of the conference. You can access your certificate of attendance on the conference website up to one week after the conference ends.
The dress code is business or business casual.
Yes, the meeting rooms are equipped with WIFI for attendees.
The conference app, accessible to all registered in-person and virtual attendees, can be downloaded from the Apple Store for iOS devices like iPhone or any other Apple devices. For Android users, it's available on the Google Play Store. You can find it by searching for vFairs in the app stores. Download the iOS version from the Apple Store, and the Android version from the Google Play Store.

The conference app encompasses the entire program agenda plus additional features such as Director’s Corner, Attendees, Speakers, Resources, Gallery Walk, Community Wall, Lounge, and technical support. While most areas of the hotel will have free Wi-Fi, please note that the speed might fluctuate due to the high volume of users.

The 2024 CMS Quality Conference is scheduled for April 8 - 10, 2024. It is a hybrid format, offering attendees the option to participate in person at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201, or to engage virtually.
There are several convenient transportation and parking options available for the 2024 CMS Quality Conference at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. If you are arriving by car, the hotel offers on-site parking for a fee of $36/day. There are also nearby public parking facilities. For those using public transportation, the hotel is easily accessible from Baltimore's Penn Station, which connects to Amtrak and local transit services. Additionally, there are taxis and rideshare services. For attendees arriving by air, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is the closest airport. The central location of the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor ensures that you have various transportation choices to make your journey to and from the event convenient.

REGISTRATION
You can register for the 2024 CMS Quality Conference by clicking the REGISTRATION button at the top of the conference website. This process will register you with your email address. If your registration was successful, you will see a “Thank You” page and receive a confirmation email with additional information regarding your in-person or virtual attendance.
The 2024 CMS Quality Conference is free of charge for all attendees (in-person and virtual). You will need to have a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to access the virtual platform.
No, you cannot share your virtual conference login information with other members of your team. Your login information is unique to you and allows you to access all the features and benefits of the virtual conference. Sharing your login information may result in losing access to the virtual platform or violating the terms and conditions of the conference.
Name badges may be picked up at the Registration Desk located outside of the Francis Scott Key Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Hotel.

Yes, virtual attendees can ask questions during the live sessions by using the chat or Q&A feature on the virtual platform and mobile app. You will also be able to interact with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors by using the networking lounge, matchmaking tool, or social media feeds on the virtual platform. There will be opportunities for Q&A in all the in-person sessions.
Yes, there will be multiple concurrent in-person sessions going on during each day of the conference. You can choose which session(s) you want to attend based on your interests and availability. Virtual attendees will be able to view live streaming of the plenary sessions and certain pre-recorded breakout sessions.
In-person attendees will have the opportunity to attend as many sessions as they would like. Virtual attendees will have access to the live-stream Plenary Sessions each day and a limited number of pre-recorded sessions.
Yes, there will be both an in-person and a virtual Gallery Walk where you can view posters submitted by researchers, practitioners, and innovators in health care quality improvement. You can browse through various categories of posters, view abstracts and full posters, and contact poster authors for more information or feedback.
